TankMate LTE sensors connect to the low power, wide-area NB-IoT network in New Zealand. If your tank has cell phone coverage, it will most likely have access to Spark's dedicated NB-IoT network. Use this map, then filter for NB-IoT to check coverage in your location.
The R3 LTE sensor provides accurate and affordable tank level monitoring:
